FormatFactory is a comprehensive media converter for Windows. This applications combines an audio file converter, a video file converter and a picture file converter. I am used to seeing at best, converters that work with video and audio, but the addition of picture files makes this one a great application to have. The graphical user interface is nicely designed to make this whole process really easy. With so many formats, you would be bound to mix them up, but thanks to a list of output formats on the left of the application, you can choose yours really easy. FormatFactory supports all the Windows' operative system releases, even Windows Vista. It also features language support for 29 different languages in a single package. The application features a regular conversion engine, but speeds are nonetheless on par with most other converters. It supports most popular video, audio and image formats, such as AVI, MPEG, MP4, H.264, MP3, WAV, OGG, JPG, GIF, etc. You name it, the application can convert it. |
